Installing wall-hung sanitaryware

– A support system is essential: sanitaryware installation frames bring freedom to the design process by enabling you to include the latest wall-hung styles in your scheme.
– Frames will support basins, toilets and bidets, and can be used inside a partition or placed in front of a solid wall and then concealed. If you wish to create a divider to zone areas within the bathroom, a frame will enable the wall to bear the load of a basin, toilet or bidet. Grohe offer frames in a range of heights to suit your requirements – your bathroom installer can advise which model best suits your scheme.
– Supports for wall-hung basins can take up to 150kg and those for toilets, which include a concealed cistern, can take up to 400kg.
– This style of installation is also suitable for corner spaces, but if you’re renovating an existing bathroom, bear in mind that the location of your toilet is determined by where the soil pipe is found.
– Even after you’ve concealed a cistern, it is possible to have access to it as necessary. The flush plate can be removed for direct access to the flushing valve as necessary.
