Utopia Magazine goes on sale on the 1st day of the preceeding month to that of the cover date. The closing date is the end of the month of which the issue is on sale (i.e the preceeding month). The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received before the closing date.

The prize is as stated, no other prize, upgrade or cash alternative will be offered. The prize includes mainland UK delivery only. The prize does not include installation, removal of old appliances or connection. The prize does not include any travel, subsistence or accommodation expenses unless expressly stated. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s home address only. You may need to make your own arrangements for access into your property.

If any winner cannot claim a prize for any reason, including inconvenient dates, ill health and so on, Pro Publishing reserves the right to seek an alternative prize winner who is able to receive the prize in the manner offered and Pro Publishing shall be under no obligation to change the prize or offer any alternative.

The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date and prizes must be claimed within six months. Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery of your prize after notification.

The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Pro Publishing accepts no liability for any aspect of the prize.

Entrants must be 18 or over and not employees of Pro Publishing or associated companies or their families. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. Pro Publishing reserves the right to reject entries from entrants suspected of submitting multiple entries. Winners must be willing to participate in publicity if required.
